Location, older hotel but, overall maintained well.

The hotel’s location is excellent — almost everything is nearby, including 7-Eleven, pharmacies, restaurants, ATMs, and shops.They allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which was a big plus.The swimming pool was great, and the rooms were quite large with plenty of space, making the stay very comfortable.Special thanks to the lady who works for Phuket Trips — she was extremely helpful and offered very good prices, better than Klook and other tour offices outside.I highly recommend booking your trips through her.

First of all, this is not a 5-star hotel, even though it appeared that way on Booking.Some facilities clearly need upgrading.The room location was quite far, requiring about a 3-minute walk just to reach the room.The elevator was also inconvenient — some buttons didn’t work properly and needed to be pressed multiple times to respond.Overall, while there were some positives, this will probably be my last stay at this hotel.

Staying at Patong Paragon completely exceeded our expectations! Firstly, the location is prime, right next to the beach, and near the bustling center. There are numerous amenities around like restaurants, laundromats, shops, convenience stores, and most importantly, massage parlors (ofc). Even in the middle of the night at 3am, we can still find some of these amenities still open. What we appreciated was that even though it is really close to these things, the resort was nicely tucked away, giving you a private respite, while still being close to the liveliness. Apart from the surroundings, the resort itself is a reason to hang around within its perimeters, with a beautiful pool area, which you can see from your room and swim up bar. They also provide massage services to the room (with very reasonable prices), for those days where you just want to relax and not do anything. However, what really blew us away was the customer service and level of attentiveness of the staff. I specifically requested to have something special prepared for a birthday celebration in advance, and I am so thrilled that they delivered on the promise, and even went above and beyond by decorating the beds with fresh leaves and flowers (chocolate cake was a plus!). Thank you dear staff for making my fiancé's birthday celebration extra special! We will definitely recommend this resort to any family/friends visiting.

Probably that the prices at the concierge and tours are quite high compared to when you would book it via Get Your Guide, or if you would book transport via Booking/Grab.

Bit older hotel and furniture in the room, be ready for a lot of traffic in front of the hotel since it's located on of the main roads in Patong

The food in their restaurant was ok

Imagine Bell boy enters the room with their Room Key 6:30am in the morning when you are not checking out, AC is not working and you cannot sleep, your house keeping does awful, All poor in this hotel.

Sauna said open until 9pm on website but had a label on menu that said closed at 5pm.

The Patong Paragon is located next to Patong beach. It is walking distance to local shops, 711, local restaurants and the beach. The staff are pleasantly attentive and very welcoming.

Patong Hotel Experience – Very DisappointingThis hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Several reasons made my stay a failure:•Reception and Staff: Poor attitude from reception staff, especially the check-out lady. The restaurant staff and even the security guards were unfriendly and unprofessional.•Room Quality: The furniture is old, the air conditioning doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom amenities were placed at the sink instead of in the shower. I had to carry them myself, and when one glass bottle broke due to this mistake, I was forced to pay for it even though it was their fault.•Breakfast: Not diverse at all, despite their claims. The egg station chef was unfriendly and clearly annoyed by any special request.•Security Guard: Completely out of line. When I bought something from a grocery store, he told me “don’t drink too much.” This is none of his business. His tone was rude, loud, and disrespectful.•Check-out Process: The worst part. I gave the financial document and room key card to speed things up, but instead of handling my request, the receptionist prioritized other guests. When I asked her to finish my checkout first, she rudely demanded that I pay for the broken amenity before even giving me my booking bill.Overall, this was a failed experience. The service is poor, the rooms are outdated, the staff is disrespectful, and the price is absolutely not justified. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s great hotel with super friendly staff and beautiful room, clean and comfy beds . Little bit oldy but I think it’s a charm of Thai staying. Definitely will come back . And the breakfast is really good with variety of foods

Nothing at all!

The only place in Thailand where someone actually stole my money was here. The bartender at the pool bar stole my money, when i relocated my sit, and when management reviewed the cameras and confirmed the incident, they still tried to cover it up instead of taking proper action.The bartender was extremely rude and completely unprofessional—I have no idea how such a person could be hired in the first place. The rest of the staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay.Overall, the staff service here is beyond unacceptable—if I could rate below zero, I would. I absolutely do not recommend this placeif you staying in this hotel becareful of your belongies.

The location is great, close to the Patong beach yet the busy area is a bit away so you have more quiet here.The pool was nice. The room was big and comfortable.

Quite , big rooms traditional decoration. Location is fantastic , stuff is great .

No shuttle, no room service 24 hours as mentioned in the information book in the room . Breakfast was of a very limited items , juice is nice . Room air conditioner was not cold . The pool has some unpleasant smell in the last 2 days of my stay , urine smell .
